My parked car that was uninsured, was hit by someone who did have insurance. They can’t get ahold of the other party and won’t move forward. My car was parked in a driveway. I don’t have insurance. I was hit by another person who did. I filed a claim with the other parties insurance and once I finally got ahold of our claim adjuster she told me that the claim won’t move forward until they can get their clients statement.
