LPT - If you're finding it difficult to get up in the morning Step 1 - set 1 (yes just 1) alarm Step 2 - go to sleep Step 3 - once the alarm goes off. roll outta bed and do as many push ups as you can (bonus - gets you a nice chest and tricep pump) Step 4 - cold shower
