Bouillabaisse from Scratch with Menemsha Lobster, Vineyard Cod, Vineyard Mussels, Home-garden Potatoes My wife created a very special treat using the shells from our earlier lobster feast to make the stock, added Pernod, saffron, and fresh herbs. The lobsters were steamed to just under before they were added. The other seafood was cooked perfectly.
