LPT - Use the vent fan above your stove when you use your oven in the Summer. It will help keep your home from heating up. The vent is not only good for steam or smells, but also for heat. Same goes for cooking in general, only most people tend to use it for steam, fumes, or smells. If you have a baking addiction and really needed an excuse to stop for a while, I apologize.
