Do companies that buy fractional ownership in homes still exist? Eg. Unison.com I assume that during the "good times" this kind of fractional ownership contract made sense for random investors, but now that the housing market is less certain -- no one wants to touch "fractional ownership" bc the upside is less likely. But maybe I'm wrong? Anyone want to but a minor stake in a condo?
