Help… want to deposit 25k into bank Title says it all. I don’t mind depositing and filing a report but my situation is odd. The 25k comes from my mom and I saving up over the years. Most of the money comes from my mom who works under the table. I want to deposit it and transfer it to a HYSA for us both. Am I over thinking it? Will I have to pay taxes on it?
