Social Security taxes Silly question, Do we get a refund of X amount or will it just be a wash at $0 We are both over 65 and married. No other income other than SS. Combined we will receive $30k, Which makes that not taxable at all. Now you factor in $0 other income and a Standard Deduction of $32.3k, do we get a refund or will it just be $0.
