Bond funds, what is the timeline to recovery? AFAIK it's a two part answer and the first part is "after interest rates drop". But even when rates go down, recovery takes time. How long? Background: Jan 2022, I was strongly contemplating (but since delayed) early retirement and followed the overwhelming consensus to diversify from 100/0 to at least 80/20. I did, by changing target date funds...
