Pay off the house or invest in the stock market ?
Pay off the house or invest in the stock market ? We have a $500k mortgage at 7% which is high. We also have $500k cash available ( not part of our emergency fund) . Should we put our money to payoff the entire loan or invest the money in a mutual fund and just pay monthly our mortgage ?
