Carry-On Luggage AND Personal Backpack Item Restrictions There’s a 7kg restriction, but I’m unsure if the carry on luggage and the backpack has to BOTH weigh 7kg, or is it separate weight each? I’m going on UNITED, EVA Air, Vietnam Air, and Asia Air in a few weeks. Is there a carrier that is strict with weighing either of these items that I should know?
