Waiting until we get to Hanoi to book a Halong Bay cruise? We’re going to Hanoi in August and are thinking of booking a Halong Bay cruise at one of the tour agencies once we arrive in Hanoi because we’ve heard that it’s much cheaper than booking in advance online. Has anyone else had experience booking a cruise this way?
