Need help with eye make up
Need help with eye make up I haven't worn eye makeup in over 15 years! I'm basically starting from scratch again. Even when I wore make up I did not know a lot about it. I tend to dress conservatively and not a lot of make up. My eyes are my best feature so I figure why not just start with them. I'm 54 years old with dark hair if that helps. I need tips or specific brands...
