We get decent traffic, but no online sales. No one even adds to cart. We are a small consignment shop that sells products by local artisans, a brick and mortar store with an online shop. We post photos of new inventory on our Facebook page and link to specific items in those photos. We also run local reach Facebook ads, so we get decent traffic. While we get sales in the physical store, we've had zero sales online...
