My boyfriend's luggage was lost between Belgrade and O'Hare Airport by Air Serbia - we cannot get any help. TIPS?? My boyfriend flew from Amsterdam to Chicago yesterday by Air Serbia - there was one transfer in Belgrade, and on to Chicago. The flight came in 2 hours late, he waited almost an hour and a half with about 6 others who were also missing luggage from that connection. He did everything he should/could- checked all other carousels in baggage claim, ...
