LPT when someone needs to open the door for you, text them a couple of minutes before arriving (rather than immediately after arriving) Especially if arriving walking, when you're almost certain you'll be there in about 5 minutes. Often people won't read your "I'm here" text immediately when you send it, and when they do they'll need to go downstairs or whatever. Sending ETAs has the same kind of idea but you can just get late and you'll have the other person waiting for you.
