LPT if your feet are overwhelmingly hot at night, use moisturizer! I used to deal with this and my feet would get hot to the point where I would break down crying at night, unable to sleep because my feet were so hot. I would soak my feet in ice water and they would become hot again minutes after hitting the bed. Then I read somewhere that a big part of the issue was actually that my feet were dry. Now on top ...
