Anyone had to deal with KLM baggage compensation/reimbursement before? Just took a transcontinental flight to Switzerland for a series of work meetings and KLM have lost my bags and now doesn't look like they'll even be here tomorrow. In the meantime, I have the clothes on my back, which are not suitable and KLM said I could buy clothes & toiletries and "apply for reimbursement" (which is at their discretion). Has...
