Take Easement Buyout?
Take Easement Buyout? My wife and I just purchased a home. There’s currently an easement for a water pipe on the property. The city pays us $115 per month for access to maintenance this pipe but they just offered a one-time buyout of $9000. I’m leaning towards taking the buyout… It would be a no brainer if we were to move fairly soon. Thoughts?
