Can any average person look pretty as long as they are good at makeup? Dope2111’s makeup tutorials for example, very amazed at how she can look like a differs t person afterwords. She even does this on her cousin and mom and they end up looking very pretty and different. Can an any average looking person look as pretty as long as they have good makeup skills?
