Ideas to improve fireplace? Stone veneer floor to ceiling? I hate our giant fireplace. I dunno why the builders installed such a huge fireplace several inches off the ground with no hearth. Any ideas that would make it look less of an eyesore? I’m worried if I put stone all over it I might just end up drawing more attention to an eyesore.
