Any recs for mascaras that don’t smear and give you “panda/racoon eyes”?? I have tried so many “waterproof” mascaras, tubing mascaras, and regular mascaras and nothing is working for me. I have combination skin, my t-zone is typically oily, and I set my under eyes but somehow mascara will always smear or smudge under my eyes.
