Suggestions for eye makeup looks when you have dark circles but don't want to use concealer I have pretty bad undereye circles. I usually only use black eyeliner and black mascara but recently I've noticed that this makeup look just makes the dark circles appear worse. The raccoon or blackeye look isn't cutting it anymore, so I really want to do something new with eyeliner and maybe eyeshadow. Without actually covering up with conceale...
