Short term loan for home sale prep? Prepping to sell home (550K est sale w/450K+ equity). Looking for best loan options to finance about $25K in updates/repairs prior to listing. HELOC rates high (prime+); so is 36-60 month personal loan best option (6-7%) if there’s no penalty for early payoff which I’ll do immediately after closing. Credit score 843.
