How do I avoid eyeliner coming off of my shirt? So I was at a concert earlier but i didn't have a pen and paper so I got the band to write their autographs on my shirt with eyeliner. I don't want it coming off, so how do I make the eyeliner last? The product used was Colossal Kajal btw
