What are some things you regret spending money on during travel? I have always found observation decks to be underwhelming. I liked the Chicago one but it is fun for like 5 minutes before you want to get out. I went to Empire State Building and it feels even more constrained than Chicago one and did not enjoy it at all. I have ruled out observation decks altogether in my future travels.
