Seriously, how do you people blend lip liner and liquid lipsticks? I love a matte lip, so I thought I'd try liquid lipsticks. I have slightly two toned, medium to small sized lips with a weird wide ellipse shape. So with opaque lipsticks and no lip liner, imo I look weird. I've tried liner first, then liquid lipstick. But it didn't blend well (since my lips can't touch until the product dries) and left a ring, ...
