Does your highend ($50-$2000) consumer store provide personalization? If so, do you offer live preview for shopper? Looking at a store of pens like this one (https://www.penshop.co.uk/product/sheaffer-100-satin-blue-fountain-pen ) and they provide live preview of engravings. Is preview of personalizations a standard thing to provide? How much difference will it make versus, say showing a generic name as the last image? Thank y’all in advance!
