LPT - If approaching someone you don’t want to talk to, rather than ignoring, engage and say something without slowing forward momentum. If you decelerate you risk being pulled into that long conversation. It’s much easier to maintain momentum than build it up. Note: This tip applies primarily to a person you already know, where ignoring would come off as too impolite. eg chatty neighbour.
