2.5 cups flour 3/4 cups sugar a pinch of salt 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup soy milk (+ a little more as needed) 1/2 cup sunflower oil 1tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp cocoa for the light brown colour
