LPT If you don’t remember what time you went to bed, you can use the Health app on your phone to see what time you last moved your phone (step counter/activity). EDIT: LPT #2: Stay off your phone before bed time, but if you know you put your phone away, let’s say, 1 hour before bed, just add 1 hour to the last time you picked up your phone. ie. “Last step taken at 10pm” which means you went to bed at 11pm.
