Tap air Portugal don’t keep cancelled flight credits? It’s interesting we cancelled a flight on tap due to illness now we call them they mention there is no credit. So it was complete loss. It’s interesting as most non refundable flights as long as it’s cancelled prior to gate closing and not a no show there the value is typically kept under credit for one year.
