Strawberries and cream mini lambeth cake (first attempt) I have been seeing this trend all over social media and decided to give it a try for the first and the last time! Kudos to those amazing cake artists. It consists of a vanilla bean sponge, whipped vanilla bean and white chocolate ganache, and strawberry compote inside.
