LPT Make foaming soap from 1/4 liquid soap, 3/4 water That's really all it is, as long as you have the dispenser to foam it up. Have some Softsoap and an empty foaming soap dispenser? Just fill it up with water and a little soap (20-25% ratio), shake it up, and you've got a ton of foaming soap. Big Foam Soap makes a lot of cash by selling dispensers and refills that are almost entirely water.
