Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Dijon Cream Sauce, Fondant Potato, and Miyazaki Wagyu Filet. (It's my birthday dinner.) Good quality Wagyu has been a bucket list item for me for a few years now. My Mom surprised me with it for my birthday, so I decided to try my hand at the full steakhouse experience. The steak was a religious experience. I'm so lucky to have gotten the opportunity.
