How exactly does transferring credit card balances to a new card work? I have a credit card with a very high APR. I want to transfer the credit balance to a new card with a lower APR. How does this work? I am guessing not all credit cards will accept credit balance transfers. Is it possible to transfer more than one credit card balance to a new card?
