I grew 200 followers in 7 months and here is how I did it. (AMA) Genuinely put a lot of effort in your work and don't promote it properly. Take €1500 of photo equipment with you on vacation and only use it once in 2 weeks. Don't go with the cliche reels and stupid voice-overs. Don't listen to other peoples tips and only care about followers once in a while.
