Taxes and n selling a paid for condo I’m older and downsized from a large house to a condo 18 months ago. It’s completely paid for. Problem is I don’t like the new neighborhood. I plan to rent in my old neighborhood since there are no condos there for me to purchase. Do I pay taxes on the sale of my condo? I plan to put money in the stock market. Thanks.
