I am showing 5 hard credit checks after visiting a dealership today. Do these all appear as 1? I am looking for an auto loan and after visiting the dealership today and getting approved, I noticed they ran it through 5 different lenders. For mortgages, and hits on my credit, are these inquiries counted as 1 because the dealership was comparing rates or will they all be viewed separate inquiries?
