LPT : Make sure your closest hospital is in your insurance network Or you will end up with a huge bill if you get admitted. Seriously. Just happened where I work. Patient can’t afford copay but not stable to transfer to one in their network. Now they will get a huge copay bill. And while I’m at it, if you qualify for Medicare READ the fine print on all those advantage plans. Some are not so advantageous.
