Written into parents timeshare without consent Saw another post asking about their grandparents timeshare and it made me think. My mom let me know she listed me as the beneficiary for her timeshare when she passed, but I didn’t sign anything. Was she able to do that? And how would I get out of it if I don’t want it as she’s saying they need her to write someone in. Thank you!
