Prompted by the post about musicians who leveled up between albums: let’s talk about the reverse! Who made an amazing album(s), then followed up with garbage? Maybe Dylan? Weezer? Stone Roses? U2? Many musicians have a slow decline across their career but I can’t think of anyone who released a brilliant record and then followed it up with something awful.
