Tower 28 concealer sucks Literally why does every influencer say this is the best concealer on the market. It really really sucks. Every time I use this on top of my water based products it pills insanely. It’s claims it’s a water based formula! Just kind of tired of seeing good reviews. It’s horrible. Too late in the game to return.
