LPT - Get a blood panel test once a year, don't put it off! I just had a bout with health related issues. Ended up doing a full blood panel and found out I had very high TSH levels and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. It could have saved me a ton of trouble if I just had regular blood tests done.
