Same eye makeup since HS
Same eye makeup since HS 30 years old & I am still doing the same eye makeup routine. Using the same black mascara, black eyeliner on top lid. It flakes off and looks awful. What products/styles are in? Who can I watch to learn what would look nice and natural and stay all day?? Do people use eye shadow? Would love recommendations from Target!
