30k in credit card debt, best course of action? Second mortgage? 30k in credit card debt and paying about 600/mo just in the interest! Looked into a $50k 30-year at 11.61% home loan quoted at $500/mo to just pay it all off in one foul swoop and avoid hurting my credit. Thoughts?
