NARS POWERMATTE LIPSTICK doesn't stick to inner lips This is my first time wearing the Nars Powermatte lipstick (133 TOO HOT TO HOLD). It dries out kind of fast and it does not even stick to my inner lips. Does anyone else have this problem, and how do I fix it? Thank you.
