LPT Tried to spray paint some PVC and I got it fully coated, but I have some drip. Any fix for this, can I sand/smooth this somehow or do I have to repaint?

LPT Tried to spray paint some PVC and I got it fully coated, but I have some drip. Any fix for this, can I sand/smooth this somehow or do I have to repaint? If so what grit sandpaper would you use? Thanks!
