Who are some “Dumb Guy/Gal” TV characters who are a lot smarter or deeper than they appear to be? Sgt. Schultz on Hogan’s Heroes- I am of the belief that, despite his catchphrase, he did in fact see, hear, and know everything that was going on at the camp. I’m still not too sure about Col.
