is not being able to wear silicone and water based products together a lie? im gonna be so honest, i had never heard of this rule until recently, and could only find any details of it until a few years back. the majority of products have both silicone and water based ingredients in it, so if they can mix in the bottle, why can't they mix on your face? also i can guarantee your moisturiser or sunscreen is probably water ...
