Uber or Rent a car in Puerto Rico?
Uber or Rent a car in Puerto Rico? I am planning on taking a week trip to PR in August and will be doing most activities near El Yunque, Fajado, Luquillo, and San Juan of course. Would it be easier and/or more cost affective to rely on ubers or renting a car? Edit: If renting a car, where do you recommend to rent from?
